An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join The Academy Recruitment Department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Northern Ireland Academy Scout. This is an excellent role for someone who is self-motivated, team player with a passion for identifying young talent
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Identify players between the ages of U15-U18
Comprehensive player reports
Assist with Scouting and Recruitment coverage
Build industry knowledge across local football
The following Criteria are essential:
Knowledge of local football
Experience or a background in scouting
Self-motivated and committed
A strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator
Confident with the ability to work individually and as part of a successful team
A ‘people person’ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate
FA Scouting Certificate
