An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the Academy Recruitment Department at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Norfolk Grassroots Scout. This is an excellent role for someone who is based around Norfolk who has a good knowledge of local football and is motivated to support our wider Recruitment Strategies.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Attending local fixtures on Saturdays and Sundays.
Reporting on players involved to help identify players for Norwich City.
Be a strategic planner, organiser and co-ordinator.
Confidently work as an individual and as part of a successful team.
Attend CPD events offered by Norwich City to support your role development.
The applicant must have a full driving licence to fulfil the role.
