Goalkeeper Football Development Coach  - Girls Pathway

Locations: Ely, Cambridgeshire 

Hours: Evening sessions (September – June)  

Type: Part-Time Coaching Role  

Help us grow the women’s game.  

Norwich City Football Development is looking for passionate and committed coaches to work in our Girls Development Centres. You’ll deliver high-quality sessions, inspire young players, and play a vital role in identifying talent for the Norwich City Women’s pathway.  

What You’ll Do:  

• Deliver age-appropriate coaching for girls aged 9 – 16  

• Foster an environment that encourages confidence, skill development, and enjoyment  

• Work closely with coordinators to spot and recommend talented players  

• Promote the women’s and girls’ game in your local area  

What We’re Looking For:  

• FA Level 1 Goalkeeping / FA Level 2 / UEFA C 

• FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)  

• Coaches who are passionate about female football development
