An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Women’s Football department at Norwich City Football Club as Women’s Football Operations Executive. This varied role will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the women’s football environment, enabling players and staff to focus fully on performance. The successful candidate will coordinate football operations, administration, governance and compliance, matchday logistics, player services and team communications across the women’s football programme.
Working pattern: This is a 20-hour-per-week role and includes attendance at all women’s team home matchdays. The usual working pattern will include Thursdays and either Mondays or Tuesdays, with some flexibility required to meet operational needs. Advance notice will be provided wherever possible, and time worked on matchdays will be managed within the contracted hours.
